Suddenly grub doesn't show Windows 10 entry

Hello everyone,

after a grup-update my Windows 10 entry in Grub menu is missing. Could someone help me to restore it? Before that everything was normal. I really don’t know what to post and what info is needed here.

If you need dual-boot you can reactivate os-prober the easiest with the following command combination in a terminal: sudo echo GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false >> /etc/default/grub && sudo update-grub

I’m just wondering why do they do that? Why should I everytime after EVERY SINGLE update cross my fingers and pray so that nothing will crash or dissapear? Just WHY?

It’s the grub developers who decided that. Nothing related with Manjaro, it’s the same for all other Linux distros.
