This was the last log, yesterday when this happened, but there are more like this on previous date, almost the same, different numbers.

I fixed it by using the command fsck.ext4 -f \path\to\ext4\partition and replying y to all.
Everything seems normal now.
In case you have the same issue:
- From Live USB, make sure that the filesystem is unmounted
sudo umount /path/to/partition. If you are in chroot, it is mounted type exit to exit from chroot.
- If the filesystem is not ext4, the command would change.
fsck is a script that checks the filesystem and fixes errors it may find.
