Stuck at /dev/sdb2 when booting

After installing nvidia drivers, my pc got stuck at /dev/sdb2 screen. I have installed, removed, and installed nouveau drivers, vesa drives, nvidia drivers using mhwd and nothing works. Does anyone know what to do at this point? (sorry if I sound rude, i have been working on this for a while now)

No, it’s not stuck at anything involving /dev/sdb2. That’s just the last boot message displayed due to Manjaro’s use of the “quiet” kernel parameter. To see the full boot messages, remove that parameter.

the last thing said is

[OK] Reached target Graphical Interface

what should I do now?

another thing, when I install the nouveau drivers, all of displays display something while the nvidia driver only outputs to one display

try entering into TTY in the black screen with: ctrl+alt+f2 - if f2 doesnt work, try f1-f6 and enter this command: startx
provide output from:
mhwd -l && mhwd -li

mhwd -l && mhwd -li

so could you boot normally into your system?

no, i have not been able to

but you can access tty?

yes, i can

ok so enter into tty and reinstall video linux:
sudo mhwd -r pci video-linux
then install again:
sudo mhwd -i pci video-linux
then reboot:
systemctl reboot

i have not been able to get into the de but i get an error

mount: /sys/firmware/efi/efivars: unknown filesystem type 'efivarfs'

so can you enter tty and type: efivarfs

it says command not found

is it a fresh install of manjaro?
are you running also windows?
it looks like this is some bios issue

i am not running widows and I installed manjaro about 3 days ago so I only have a handful of things installed.

and was it working normally, could you boot into the desktop?

yes, I could get into the desktop when it was normal

are you running kde?
we can reinstall kernel and see if it works:
post output from: mhwd-kernel -li

I am running KDE Plasma
