When i open Steam Native or Runtime my pc freezes everything. Only thing i can do is turning my laptop off by power button.
There is a problem with Steam Native these days. I suggest using the Beta of the Steam Runtime, as it is free of bugs that are currently even in Steam Runtime at the moment.

I can’t find the runtime beta. How can i install that?
In Steam Settings itself you enable the beta here.

There is a setting inside Steam Settings that allows you to participate in Beta programs. Try that please. I can’t remember it from the top of my head where the setting is.
