I was downloading a game with steam in the background, Spotify was also open. I afk’ed for like 30 minutes, came back and saw Steam was not running and had to relaunch it, It happened like 3 times now.

Ty alkl the The 1st Link , links to a Link which has the solution. Basically you gotta delete Steam/steamapps/libraryfolders.vdf and Steam/config/config.vdf and steam now stopped crashing for me
