Steam crashes when idling for a while

I was downloading a game with steam in the background,
Spotify was also open.
I afk’ed for like 30 minutes, came back and saw
Steam was not running and had to relaunch it,
It happened like 3 times now.

Maybe the thing is automatic sleep/suspend, while steam does not forcibly keep awake?
(sorry - kind of difficult to test on this end)

Alright this time I launched steam from the terminal and yes it closed this time too here is the log seems like a crash

Ty alkl the The 1st Link , links to a Link which has the solution.

Basically you gotta delete Steam/steamapps/libraryfolders.vdf and Steam/config/config.vdf and steam now stopped crashing for me
