On XFCE I ran into: “Black desktop on startup/during initial load”. Might be fixed in XFCE 4.20.1.

Edit 2025.03.01
Pamac 11.7.3-1 update pass successfully on stable branch !
As of today I have run into this:
could not find database
When attempting at synching package databases in Pamac 10.7.0
Trying to figure out what to do next I have found this:
https://archlinux.org/news/cleaning-up-old-repositories/
If I understand well, all I need to do is go to:
/etc/pacman.conf/
And delete the part that says:
[community]
SigLevel = PackageRequired
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
That’s all? Am I not wrong about it?
Yes, but you should have removed the community repository when it was deprecated 2 years ago.
And users should manage pacnew/pacsave files as intended, not haphazardly make edits to files as extrapolated from other forum users own histories of management.
They exist for a reason.
They cannot be ignored indefinitely.
They are an important and appreciated part of ALPM [Arch Linux Package Management].
