As I mentioned before. Simply remove the r8168 extramodules and its blacklisting of the in-kernel r8169 driver, then it will work on 6.10 too.
Thanks.

I found some answer, but nothing clear, thanks for your help.
I had problems and solved them: No booting after update 2024-07-16
Not a single Steam Game is working after this update on my nvidia 2080Ti with driver 550.100 on X11
Something is really broken with that update.
Solved: I just found out it was Proton Experimental.
Switching to Proton 9.0-2 fixed all problemâs.
I had key trust issues post update. Had to do the olâ refresh, though the keyring package installs wouldnât go through. The rest of the refresh set things right anyway.
No idea what caused it. Just a thing that happens sometimes I guess.
sudo systemctl start haveged
sudo rm -r /etc/pacman.d/gnupg
sudo pacman-key --init
sudo pacman -Sy gnupg archlinux-keyring manjaro-keyring
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux manjaro
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
sudo pacman -Sc
Virtual tty isnât on F2 any more as thatâs the Xorg or Wayland-Session by now. Try eg CTRL + ALT + F3 and other numbers. Sadly I havneât found any documentation for this except the wrong CheatSheet - Manjaro
seems like it is trying to install pipewire but because of the package pulseaudio-zeroconf requiring pulseaudio there is a confliction.
if you intend to install pipewire remove pulseaudio-zeroconf. if you intend to keep pulseaudio check the package update list that appears and try to see which one is trying to install pipewire
Since the update my screen is flickering when scrolling or moving something in wayland and x11 using kde plasma.
Scrolling at this post it flickers.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply and solution, you solve the conflict.
Thanks for the info, I did every Fx but nothing work.
I Timeshift my old 3 months save and launch the update directly after and it work great. No problem after reboot.
Good lesson for me.
After this update, everything worked until I left the computer unattended for a while and came back, and xscreensaver was on-screen, and I moved my mouse, and the Login screen came up. My login was rejected! I had to go to TTY3, login as root, do âps aâ, note the numeric process for âXorgâ on TTY2, kill that process, which brought-up a login screen on TTY1 (not TTY2, oddly). I was then able to log back into KDE.
I was able to fix this, though, as follows:
- Uninstalled Xscreensaver (and two items depending on it).
- Restart.
- Installed Xscreensaver (and one new item it now depends on, âxorg-appresâ).
- Restart.
- Re-installed 1 item (flying toasters) depending on Xscreensaver.
After doing that, Xscreensaver now recognizes my login.
One other Xscreensaver-dependent item (xmountains) can now not be reinstalled, because the version of gcc in the latest upgrade changes the status of âmain (argc, argv)â from âwarningâ to âerrorâ. (Expects âint main (argc, argv)â instead.) I sent a pull request to the author on git, fixing this.
I got this error while trying to update. Donât know what to do to correct it !

What is the typical schedule for this stable release to be compiled into an iso?
Iâm asking this becuz Iâm gonna perform a fresh install on a diff setup.
Not sure of the schedule, but you are fine to use the latest one, to minimize how many updates are needed.
post expressing my agreement with this statement.
