Stable update 2024-07-16 fails

pamac info libdvdcss - shows package is from extra repository and packager is: Brett Cornwall <ainola@archlinux.org>

I suggest delete corrupted package from cache

sudo rm /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libdvdcss-1.4.3-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Pacman configuration /etc/pacman.conf includes check for updates from community repository

[community]
SigLevel = PackageRequired
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

Packages in community repository were migrated to extra repository last year
