I suggest delete corrupted package from cache
sudo rm /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libdvdcss-1.4.3-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
Pacman configuration /etc/pacman.conf includes check for updates from community repository
[community] SigLevel = PackageRequired Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
Packages in community repository were migrated to extra repository last year

to find any .pacnew files on system that should be merged before attempting to update again
