I had this same issue. Uninstalling plasma-desktop-primex allowed me to proceed with the update. I was not able to reinstall it afterwards because of the same file conflict. Is this package deprecated now?

plasma-desktop-primex package is obsolete, install plasma-desktop which will replace it
