The solution:
You need to add your user back into the virtualbox user group
sudo usermod --append --groups virtualbox $USER
(Change `$USER` to the correct user name if not for yourself)
2. Upgrade the VirtualBox extension pack to [the latest version ](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/virtualbox-bin-guest-iso/).

I got this error:

sudo usermod --append --groups virtualbox $USER
usermod: group 'virtualbox' does not exist
