Sound is playing from headphones and speakers

Hi everyone!
When I plug in my headphones both headphones and speaker are playing.
Auto mute is enabled

Also, it seems like sound from speakers when speakers output is set is very poor and similar to sound from headphones, but when I change output to headphones it sounds well, but from laptop speakers.

When headphones are plugged it sounds well, but speakers are not muted.

This is my inxi output:

I have the same problem on fresh install.
Pulseaudio removed - didn’t help.

Hello!
I have very similar problem. I’m using HP Elitebook 8560p with a docking station that gives me 3 physical audio outputs: built-in Speakers, built-in Headphones, and docking station Line-Out.
I believe my problems started after last time I made full system upgrade. Just like OP I have very poor crackling sound from built-in speakers when nothing is plugged in. When I plug in external speaker to docking station port - it shows in gnome settings as Line-Out, but it works at fraction strength (software doesn’t change volume levels) and it keeps playing sound from Speakers.
When I plug in external speaker to built-in Headphones port - sound comes out only from that, and built in speakers stay silent. As an extra - using bluetooth switches audio correctly as well.

Here’s my diagnostics data:
