Sound can only be at 30 or 40%

i think it happened after last update, i cant be sure, my speakers also died ( i dont know if its related )
i replaced speakers and they work now but problem with only 30% or 40% volume power remains

is there a way to reload audio drivers, or reinstall ?

Is that some kind of estimation / your personal assessment of the situation
or is that based upon some actual numbers and if so, where and how and when do you get to see them?

Without knowing anything about your speakers, are they the right impedance for your sound card?

Also, show us the current levels from

amixer

Assuming that wireplumber is installed, you could also do

wpctl get-volume @DEFAULT_SINK@

its based on whenever i try to scroll up and down volume it goes to either 30 or 40%, same happens if i try to adjust volume with volume up/down keys,
one extra thing that i see multiple of same audio outputs

Speakers, not sound card.

I have the same problem after last update, but with my laptop if laptop lid close and open again
Also mute button work one time then freeze and I have to restart
