Slow ethernet speeds on new Manjaro install

Hello I newely installed manjaro on my SSD besides my windows on HDD. I have decent wifi connection(50mb/s) but very slow ethernet connection(5mb/s). I tried changing beetween ethernet drivers (r8169 and r8168), but it didnt help. I also set ignore ipv6 in network manager.

There has been issues in the past with the built-in kernel drivers for r8168/r8169.

But that is several years since I noted a driver issue on my laptop (Clevo N141WU).

Manjaro has a driver package for linux$KERNEL-r8168 but as today it is rarely needed.
