Impossible to restart or shut down the machine (never completed)

A few days ago I had to format the Linux partition and reinstall Manjaro (Manjaro Vulcan 23.1.1). I have formatted the partition to type Btfrs and installed Manjaro from scratch and changed the branch to unstable. Everything is perfect, I am running kernel 6.6.8 and I have also installed 6.7-rc7. Something on linux 6.6 causes my system doesnt power off!

Hi fellows!!! How i say before , when upgrade to linux 6.6 my system doenst power off, screen goes black but mouse and other indicators still on!!!
