Second Monitor incredibly laggy when in full screen application on main monitor

Happy new year everyone,

I’ve been having a problem recently where whenever I open a game or similar full screen application, my second monitor becomes unusable. This only happens when the item on the second monitor is something like a youtube video or something that moves around a lot. When I put something like that on the monitor, it becomes incredibly laggy, and constantly looks like its redrawing new frames like an old TV. I’m thinking this might be something with nvidia settings but im not sure how to mess with that
