Remove outdated mhwd prime power management settings for nvidia

As stated here

the first three rules can be removed if you have installed the last driver version and run a kernel version >= 5.5
So assuming everyone has a fresh install of Manjaro with kernel 5.10,this lines will be pointless and can prevent audio from the HDMI,the user can think its Manjaro fault in some way.
