Problems after Plasma 6 update

Hi, I read there are some issues with plasma 6, and I too have some, not major, but still annoying:

  • when I click ‘Audio Volume’ icon in the panel the pop up window just flashes for a moment and closes, along with it flash ‘keyboard layout’ letters and ‘show hidden icons’ arrow as if they were clicked on - to keep it open I first have to click on the hidden icons arrow and after that click audio icon. Changing keyboard language allows then the audio volume window to stay open - I have 3 languages and when cycling through them it works on 2 out of 3 seemingly randomly and together with volume window being opened and closed the language icon switches to another language and back.
  • icons in Dolphin toolbar blurry when using Oxygen application style, changing size doesn’t fix, on other styles toolbar icons look sharp, but not sidebar icons; weird broken font in system settings > background services (letters thin or wide, blue and red color showing in some places) - fonts were fixed after playing around with global themes.

And these two probably not caused by this update, but it’d be nice if there was a fix:

  • LibreOffice freezes after saving a new document - I found a post saying it’s being fixed though?
  • Dolphin search looks broken and I believe I could use it normally before, e.g. in a folder with various text files it fetches some files with the keyword in the title but not others (two pdf with titles beginning with 6, search shows only one, at least 4 files with ‘about’ in title but shows 2 pdfs and one docx but not the docx that begins with ‘about’) and it seems it’s the newer files that are invisible - it finds those that were created first.

System info says I’m now on X11 (hadn’t checked what it was after update, was it ever on wayland?), not wayland and I read that wayland with nvidia might not be good, so is it any good trying to switch? When I tried to switch from the log out window (I believe I selected xorg then) the screen just went black and I had to hard shut down.
On a new user the issues (except LibreOffice one) do not appear, and the search works. However the second time I tried to switch to the new user the screen stuck to ‘made by KDE’ screen and I had to hard shut off again.
Would resetting desktop appearance and dolphin settings be more practical than trying to fix issues separately?
