Pretty slow shutdown

My laptop takes 2 minutes to shutdown completely. I’d say it powers off right away, but then the monitor backlight stays on for a little less than 2 minutes.

I managed to query journalctl to get some info about the last shutdown, but the log is too long. I uploaded it on MEGA:
mega [dot] nz/file/Yp9zVChL#wLIl9krZ5uG4ip981w6jRVICBiJFnauVxA6mG5fDKxg
virustotal [dot] com/gui/url/5c781fcf929dedca62f41fe3a0ff21f9d43c7aeafc6ff15d0007ce51ddaec2c7/detection

There was a bug fix proposed, I have not tested it, so use it with care:

Just add

Slice=-.slice

to the bottom of this file (as root)

/usr/lib/systemd/user/gnome-session-restart-dbus.service

I wouldn’t say it’s working, but I’m not sure I did everything correctly.
I only added Slice=-.slice at the end of /usr/lib/systemd/user/gnome-session-restart-dbus.service. Should I do anything else?

Have you rebooted twice?

If it’s not working move it at the end of the

[Service]

section in that file.

The first shutdown still required 2 minutes, the second one was almost instantaneous.
Which makes me think gnome-session-restart-dbus.service is loaded right when systemd starts or something. I thought it would be loaded after issuing a shutdown. The more you know!
Thank you, your help was much appreciated
