I just installed Interactive Brokers Traders Workstation (AUR package ib-tws) with the help of the forum.
It would be great if it could be part of Manjaro.

Do you have any other justification for this request besides that you yourself use it?

Yes, I brought it up because I have an interest in it.
But, I’m pretty sure a lot of people do. I am hoping to see how many people comment and ask for it also.
Even though I suggested ib-tws from the AUR as an alternative to installing the installer script IBKR offers on their site, I don’t actually use it; in fact, I’ve never encountered it before.
It does seem to employ a lot of tracking, if I understand correctly the information on the IBKR site, so, I’m not sure it would necessarily be a good fit for Manjaro.
Additionally, I couldn’t find any licensing information on the site; however, when installed from the AUR (according to the PKGBUILD) there is a license file:
/usr/share/licenses/${pkgname}/LICENSE
…which should reveal something.
