Hi guys!
At first I though this behavior was limited to Firefox, but after this thread I’m thinking it’s a bit (perhaps a lot) more widespread.
I think the behavior, for me at least, started after the loast I might be wrong, but that’s what I think.
Any customisation I make in Firefox, page zoom etc., will not persist after Firefox restarts, making me suspect it’s not being saved. And after the thread I mentioned above, it would seem it’s not limited to Firefox, leading me to suspect the ~./config
folder’s (or /home
directory, ~/.*
directory) permissions are out of whack. My directories’ permissioons are below:

Any help to get this right would be much appreciated. I suspect it’s something small, however, I don’t know what it can be.
(Also, don’t worry about “failiing now” hard drive. There’s not data on it; it’s not being used. It’s ust not unpugged yet.)
