Just to help this along and to clarify what that means:
does the pacman process stall? and how does that look?
Or does your whole system stall/go down?

… anything in the system logs?
journalctl and/or dmesg ?

So whenever I try to do any command with pacman whole screen freezes, mouse doesn’t work neither does keyboard. only way to get out of it is doing a reboot.
I also checked the journalctl of the time when it happens and there were no entries at that time.

So this:
journalctl --since "2 days ago" -p "emerg".."err"
yields nothing?

whenever I try to do any command with pacman

Example?
You don’t need to actually do it, you can look in your bash_history for the commands you did.
The command
history
will list all your recent commands, the most recent at the bottom of the list

Also, since this could be driver related, please post the output of:
inxi -Fazy

Thank you very much for the rules!! I have updated my post to include the jounal and other things mentioned in the rules. Please have a look.

Also I should mention that I re-installed the manjaro OS with LTS kernel and the system is not freezing like before but there are some short spikes where I am not able to do anything. Besides this I am seeing some Internal clock never stabilised in the journalctl and dmesg output

I see your shell isn’t bash but zsh.
The command history - for what you did (pacman) when the system froze - in that case is:
history 1
I had to look it up - I never used zsh myself so I’m not sure of the result

btw: it is confusing to amend your first post instead of putting the info here, after it has been asked for

So this is basically solved? Until it happens again?
Which hopefully doesn’t happen.

Yea the system is not freezing but there are some spikes where it is irresponsive for 5 seconds and there is also the issue of internal clock never stablilised in the kernel log in journalctl so any idea about that ?
