Today I updated my system.
At the end these packages have issues. Here is the pacman log.

I tried few package install one by one. All of them failed.
The AUR has been under a constant DDoS attack for months on end now, so being able to install anything from there is a matter of hit-and-miss, really.
I’m afraid the only recourse is to be patient and to try again later, one package at a time.

Unfortunately those packages have dependencies. In case of a package is downloaded successfully then the dependency download is failing.
The easy way I often do it is by using yay.yay will access the AUR directly.
The way I also do it in a lot of cases is:
https://aur.archlinux.org/
search for the package name
when found, on the right side under “Package Actions”: download snapshot
unpack that, change directory into what was just unpacked
makepkg -i
If there are dependencies, they will be listed on the web site, they will be listed in the PKGBUILD

I would like to solve the issue without snapshots.

Who will or can know if not you? needed .
Those are mostly libraries - they are not needed by themselves, but by some program.
I see only a few actual programs:
I’d try to remove it all and look at the fallout …
then install the three programs again if you really need them

AUR status shows minimal downtime in the last few weeks

All seem to be sourced via the AUR.
Spectacle…
GTK2 has been purged from Manjaro repositories – that may also have something to do with it.

Ok, so are you using Pamac? You really should say what you’re doing when you say you have a problem… or more to the point, HOW you’re doing it.
Personally I had some errors doing queries with yay, but never with pamac… pamac is the correct tool for Manjaro, and Manjaro caches the AUR.
