On screen keyboard

I have Manjaro loaded on a Surface 3 (not pro) and I cant get the on screen keyboard to pop up when i disconnect the keyboard. Everything else works fine and even the touch screen works, sort of. But no way to type anything in without the on screen keyboard. Is there a way to get this fixed

What edition of Manjaro?

In KDE you need to install maliit-keyboard to get the onscreen keyboard working.

    Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies… :grin:
  2. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
