According to this Manjaro Topic this is the default setup for GNOME.

That post is quite old, that’s no longer default.

• For Qt theming, install kvantum-manjaro, qt5ct and qt6ct
• Set QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="qt5ct" in /etc/environment (system-wide) or ~/.profile (per user)
• Set the style to kvantum in Qt5 / Qt6 Settings
