Occasionally no sound / chipmunk voice using Skype / Zoom / browser based conference programs

Hi,
I’m using the newest version of Manjaro Mate on my Laptop and my Desktop Computer. For around two months I encounter a problem: While using Skype, Zoom or other browser based conference programs, there is occasionally no sound or my voice turns into chipmunk voice. Usually, I have to restart the program to get it working or worse, I need to reboot.

This problem happens on both, my Desktop Computer and Laptop, where different hardware is used. Without changing any configurations, it gets randomly ‘fixed’, but the problem occurs at the next conference again.

I tried it with Kernel 5.15, 5.10 and 5.4. I still encounter the same problems.
