Obnoxiously slow download speeds

Hi everyone! Recently I have made the switch from windows to Linux Manjaro and I have noticed that my download speed is extremely slow. Prior to the switch, I had down speeds of up to 35MBs/s and now it wont go beyond 2MBs/s (best case scenario, usually its a few KBs).
This goes for ALL kinds of downloads (updates, games, apps, etc.). I tried the sudo pacman-mirrors commands several times to no avail.

This kernel is EOL, switch to a supported one.

Keep only one of them running.

Disable IPv6 and mac address randomization. Restart your device and router.

I don’t know why you tagged this kde, plasma, nvidia. Download speeds have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with your desktop environment or GPU.

In addition to previous suggestions you should also consider updating system BIOS
BIOS Update for Windows 7 (64-bit), Windows 8.1 (64-bit), Windows 10 (64-bit) - Legion Y520-15IKBN - Lenovo Support DE
