We are not psychics, so it helps when you tell us at minimum which wifi adapter your laptop has. Even better would be the full inxi output as explained how to do in this post .
Welcome to Manjaro!
To allow all of us helpful people on this forum TO HELP YOU, we need some basic information about your system. This probably means you described the symptoms of your problem, but now we need some more information to know where the origin of your issue is exactly.
Someone else probably linked you to this tutorial, so if you’re reading this in response to a question, please click the link above this text to bring you to the full and unabridged text of the tutorial…

It appears there is not a driver for that chip available for Linux. Maybe someone else can provide more info.
Also, why is this post tagged with kde, plasma, update, and boot? Drivers are totally independent of desktop environment.

No kernel support yet. No 3rd party additional package. You are out of luck. You are going to have to get some external usb wifi/bluetooth adapter (linux compatible)
yep, that’s what I am doing. any idea when the support will be available? also thanks for your help @ben75 and @cfinnberg .
That is quite difficult to say. Maybe tomorrow someone add support in the Linux kernel or maybe a couple of years can go before someone does something (or even longer). Some hardware can be quite hard to understand (without maker’s help) and can take a long time or never have proper support in Linux.
Let’s just hope for the best and that in a short time support is added to the kernel
Yeah, I hope the same. Thanks for the help!
