You have both “pipe wire” and “pulseaudio” running this does not work stop one and your sound should return

When I try to delete one of them, I’ve got dependencies problems.

here is for pipewire :

sudo pacman -Rs pipewire
checking dependencies...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: removing pipewire breaks dependency 'pipewire' required by xdg-desktop-portal

and for pulseaudio

sudo pacman -Rs pulseaudio
checking dependencies...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio' required by manjaro-pulse
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio' required by pulseaudio-alsa
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio=15.0-1' required by pulseaudio-bluetooth
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio' required by pulseaudio-ctl
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio=15.0-1' required by pulseaudio-jack
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio=15.0-1' required by pulseaudio-lirc
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio=15.0-1' required by pulseaudio-rtp
:: removing pulseaudio breaks dependency 'pulseaudio=15.0-1' required by pulseaudio-zeroconf

Hello sorry for late reply, been busy.

Before removing anything  Are You absolutely sure that you have left clicked on the sound icon in the panel → left clicked audio mixer → checked in Playback and Output Devices that nothing is muted ??
Hover on the sound icons there.

Also if you use Firefox when an YouTube video plays in the tab name you have sound icon as well check that also.
There must be some setting you are missing.

@robin0800

My audio also shows that

and I don’t have sound problems, at least for now

Ok thanks for your answer, I finally install these 2 packages :

sof-firmware

and

alsa-ucm-conf

reboot and everythings fine !

Thanks for the time
