My computer with Manjaro xfce edition freezes

I have also observed that my computer gets freeze before I boot my operating system

yes i know, you mentioned it, and its because you dont have installed the nvidia drivers …
use ubuntu if it works !!! !!! !!! !!! !!!

You are right, I think installing windows 7 is good. But it will be hard to install windows 7, as it is already expired right.

why dont you use ubuntu if it works?
its no longer supported by windows, but it should work normally …

Set monitor resolution to 1024 × 768 or 1280 × 800. Less stress and less heat for your graphics, at least as long as you’re on nouveau.

As for other distros that will run, try antix.

“The 340 nvidia legacy driver is still available on antiX21.
antiX uses a backported driver from the MX-repo.
It’s installable with the nvidia installer from control-centre on antiX21.
control-centre > driver > nvidia installer”

I am not even able to boot my operating system. It freezes before it even starts

Can you tell me more about this please

How to boot from USB into live Manjaro (for repair):

Please install 2 kernels (one of them LTS)

you was told SEVERAL times that it is because of not having installed nvidia drivers …
you were told also SEVERAL times that you should use ubuntu, wchich according to you works normally…
you were told also SEVERAL times to just install windows 7 …
you were also told by the user 6x12 that antix linux provides the 340xx drivers …

But the problem now is that I am not able to boot my operating system to make any changes

you have installed several kernels, so boot with different ones - 4.19, then try 5.14, then try 5.10

Will that antix Linux’s latest version will work in my computer

No, computer freezes before it boots the operating system

Will this work, please tell

i have no idea, but there is no mention of arch so probably wont work …
just install ubuntu which worked according to you;
or install windows 7;
or try the antix;
or try installing nvidia on manjaro…

Thank you

And is there any any Ubuntu distribution for low end computer?

just install the same ubuntu that you had previously that worked;
or install the nvidia drivers in manjaro, so no need to install any new distro …

But that Ubuntu was the lastest version of Ubuntu 22.04
