Hola, hice actualización, reinicié el ordenador y ahora no entra en manjaro. Pone que estoy en modo emergencia. Qué puedo hacer?

He intentado actualizarlo desde live USB y me sale este mensaje:

La captura de pantalla muestra que has entrado correctamente en un entorno chroot. Este no es un mensaje que se recibiera durante el arranque. ¿Cuál es el problema?
Desde un entorno chroot (tras ejecutar sudo manjaro-chroot -a, como debes haber hecho) puedes realizar muchas tareas de diagnóstico y reparación, incluyendo la recuperación de una actualización incompleta. Si esto es lo que querías hacer, la siguiente guía podría serte útil.

Soy totalmente novata.
Encontré el USB donde tengo guardado Manjaro e intenté hacer la actualización desde ahí. Pero al final tengo que elegir un repository extra y sale conflicto de paquetes:
Plasma-activities-stats y kactivities-stats5 están en conflicto. Me pide remove kactivities-stats5 le digo que no y el error es:
-Unresolvable package conflictos detected
-failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencias).
Voy a mirar lo que me has mandado a ver si lo puedo solucionar así. Gracias

No te des por vencida, lo único que tienes que hacer es descargar una nueva iso y grabarla en el usb. Ya lo hiciste.
Después sigue los pasos que recomienda @soundofthunder. También lo hiciste.
Para remover ese paquete puedes escribir en la terminal.
sudo pacman -Rdd kactivities-stats5
Luego continúa con la actualización.

Pues ahora ya no sale el error que mandé al hacer la actualización, ahora es:
Failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencias)

¿Qué tengo que hacer ahora?
Elimina lo que está bloqueando la acción (en este caso, kpeoplevcard).
Y cualquier otro elemento residual de versiones anteriores de KDE (KDE 5, o cualquier archivo que termine en 5).
Usa pacman para actualizar, no pamac.
Por ahora, elimina todo lo que encuentres en AUR.
Ya lo eliminé.
Después hay unas dependencias que no puede resolver pero le digo que siga con la actualización
El siguiente error es:

Primero: ordena tus listas de réplicas:
pacman-mirrors -c germany
o
pacman-mirrors -c spain
o
pacman-mirrors -f
Luego:
indícanos el comando que usaste, no solo el resultado.
En general:
elimina todo lo que esté bloqueando la transacción.
lib32-libelf
en este caso.
Necesitamos ver lo que ves y haces para poder ayudarte.

Los comandos que me mandas para ordenar las listas de réplicas dieron error.
Lo siguiente que hice como me dijiste fue eliminar lib32-libelf con el comando sudo Pacman -Rdd lib32-libelf
Y después puse el comando sudo pacman -Syu, de momento sigue actualizando.
Yo lo consideraría algo bueno ™ - por ahora. 
¿De verdad ejecutaste:
pacman-mirrors -f
y luego
pacman -Syu
?

Al parecer necesitas correr otra vez los comandos en la terminal que te sugirió @anon33601770. No sabemos en qué país te encuentras. Te sugirieron spain o germany, puedes cambiarlo por el nombre de tu país en inglés.
Te aconsejo que pruebes eso otra vez:
sudo pacman-mirrors -f 20
sudo pacman -Syu
Los repositorios que has obtenido son lentos. Otra posibilidad es ejecutar:
sudo pacman-mirror --fasttrack
sudo pacman -Syu
La primera de estas dos últimas va a tardar tiempo, busca los repositorios con más velocidad.
