Cuando termine la instalación debes reiniciar.
Además, te recomiendo que elimines phonon-qt5 :
sudo pacman -Rdd phonon-qt5
e instales:
sudo pacman -Sy plasma-meta
Luego vuelve a ejecutar:
sudo pacman -Syu
