Manjaro pacnew checker would not detect all pacnew files

I guess manjaro-pacnew-checker has not been coded for use with tty update

manjaro-pacnew-checker was created for use with pamac GUI by users that are unwilling/unable to use CLI

I created a bash script with yad GUI that simulates pacdiff actions.

The older BASH script works with GUI or CLI package managers
