looking for conflicting packages…
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: mutter43 and mutter are in conflict

What is installed?
mutter or mutter43 ?

budgie might need/want one or the other
Which one does it want?

remove the other one - or remove both and have the dependencies take care of what is reinstalled :sunglasses:

There is a conflict - resolve the conflict by getting rid of one or the other or both offending programs …
or by installing the correct one first …

This
(removing mutter)
which is the window manager -
could end your current session - be prepared to run the update from a TTY
