Is it possible to predict at what intervals we can expect a new Manjaro Cinnamon community image?
That’s a good question.
Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s an easy question to answer, as the Community editions typically lag behind. It depends on whoever is maintaining it; and their availability, etc. Often the catch phrase “It will be ready when it’s ready” tends to apply.
If you must use Cinnamon, perhaps you might consider the SbK Cinnamon spin; Jim’s releases seem at least more timely;

No it is not possible.
But it is fairly easy to generate an up-to-date ISO yourself.

buildiso -p cinnamon -b stable -k linux612
Another place to look is the Spins section - I believe there is two spins featuring Cinnamon.

(I haven’t had Windows on my computer for 14 years.)
