On both manjaro-kde-26.1.0-rc3-260723-linux71.iso and manjaro-kde-26.1.0-rc3-260723-linux71.iso picking a German keyboard layout on boot is not working, the session defaults to an English keyboard layout.
(Booting via Ventoy 1.1.16, but this has never been an issue before and does not affect earlier ISOs.)
USB media with GRUB2 and EFI and autoiso.cfg GRUB loopback: Boot manjaro-kde-26.1.0-rc3-minimal-260723-linux618.iso on desktop PC with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and Radeon RX 590 graphics. In the GRUB boot menu I choose tz=Europe/Copenhagen and keytable=dk and leave lang=en_US and boot with open source drivers.
Keytable choice is not quite OK, keyboard layout in Konsole is US, but keyboard layout in tty is DK.

grub2 mode in ventoy does not replace the default keymap, it actually adds three new parameters for any change of timezone, keymap or language, but only the first 3 locale parameters are recognised
Use normal mode firstly in any case, and only try other modes if you have problem with normal mode.
Use GRUB2 mode only when you run into problem with the default mode
Use R to switch from grub2 to normal mode and E to edit boot configuration and remove any unwanted locale parameters

RC3 is running fine. Monitor Signal no longer lost, that error is finally gone, goodjob 
Only a minor problem occured, it is actually more nitpicking. i think that Firefox had missing bookmark for forum.manjaro.org and manjaro.org showed only up after i restarted firefox. As i said (nothing important).

Minor irregularities:
GRUB still includes splash parameter for plymouth, but plymouth has been dropped from Xfce ISOs. If this parameter is redundant it should also be removed
For minimal ISOs, calamares does not recognise if the tz or lang parameters have been changed in GRUB but it does detect a change to keymap
For the full ISO, calamares does not detect any of these parameters
Changing settings in calamares is simple, but it would be better if the installer could detect all locale settings from GRUB and user does not have to implement changes twice
All ISOs are using a illyria-default-lockscreen.jpg for lockscreen background,
but desktop background is xfce-x.svg not illyria-default.jpg

If Plymouth is the cause of Gnome and Plasma failing to use the chosen keytable, maybe it is time to ditch Plymouth. The XFCE ISO does not use it, and it works perfectly. Do we really need to see a graphic splash screen during boot?

Gnome rc3 has no issues installing and running / updating.
- Logs are clean, no errors.
- Gnome Layout Switcher does it’s thing.

Tested with virtmanger (QEMU/KVM)+ UEFI:
- All interaction is seamless (eg no manual installing the tools)
- Smooth transition from grub to plymouth and from there to gdm.
The Full KDE ISO RC1 (not sure how it looks with RC3 sry) which i had used to install my System 2 weeks ago had in TTY ZSH instead Bash. Aragorn told me this is not normal for Plasma and to report this problem here in this topic, so here i am
