like, i had changed the server like 13 hours ago and changed it back to normal but it suddenly started affecting now only ?
Presumably something caused the settings to be reloaded.
Or perhaps the symlink wasn’t broken, and the target contained a valid config, but then the target was deleted for some reason (it was on a temporary filesystem). Thereby breaking the symlink.

If one enables systemd-resolved and replace the /etc/resolv.conf with symlink to the stub file - then disables systemd-resolved - then you have no resolver and connectivity is limited.
