I was looking for a linux distro that works on my brand new Lenovo Yoga C640 i7
As I can’t change BIOS to Legacy etc, I decided to go with Manjaro that deals well with UEFI fixed my problem.
Do you have any tips or advices for me if I want the Tablet mode - touch screen to work ?
FOr now, only the touch screen and fingerprint reader do not work, everything else is ok.

tks !!! ( I am a former manjaro user, coming back home… LOL )
But i have to start with a friendly advice. Don’t ask on Arch forum for help with your Manjaro install. For now you seem to be tolerated, probably because you are a member since 2018, but i would not mention Manjaro there in a help requests.
Back to your issue.
If the C640 model uses same technology as the c940 model, then you can install: sudo pacman -S xf86-input-wacom
Make sure you fully updated your system first.
I happen to use Lenovo Yoga C640 i5 as my daily driver since June of this year. Assuming that the i7 model has no major hardware difference from the i5 model, currently, I also cannot use the touchscreen and the fingerprint reader.
For the audio part, you can try to install “sof-firmware”.
It works !!! TKs so much. THe fingerprint reader I don’t care but for the TouchScreen ( I never had once before and found it cool when testing it with Windows that came with it ) will be a long term project for me LOL I don’t think I will return it, someday, TouchScreen will work LOL
