Ethernet Connection doesn't work, but wifi does

Hey there. I dual boot Manjaro Linux (LTS) and Windows 10. And I have problems with the internet via ethernet cable. In windows both Wi-Fi and Ethernet work fine. But when I boot Manjaro only wifi works. Ethernet connection doesn’t appear at all.

Wow, no solutions?
I just had to unplug my ethernet due to notifications spamming 'Connection β€˜Wired connection 1’ deactivated… cable/connection tested/working on my wife’s old Windows laptop.

I had a similar issue after installing Manjaro 20.1.2 on a machine I was previously using to run windows. Another article I read suggested refreshing my router/modems MAC address table, which for me could simply be done by power cycling my router. After my router came back up I rebooted my machine (probably can just unplug and replug the network cable) and my ethernet interface was automatically recognized and assigned an IP.
