KDE Titlebar buttons missing after last update

This last update broke KDE Window Decorations UI with Drag&Drop:

Open “System-Settings” → Search: “Window Decorations” → Click “Titlebar Buttons” :

Drag&Drop does not work. I can confirm this bug in VM and my system too.
