Hello. I have updated the system and the kernel, but now the graphical shell is partially working and partially not working.
I recorded a video of what was happening and attached a link (sorry for shooting from the phone, OBS does not work in this system).

rerun update again, to see if you are up to date…
and it looks like this issue:
The issue seems to be within the file .config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc, specifically within this section:
[ScreenMapping]
itemsOnDisabledScreens=
After deleting the section (best to use vim or something that works on ~20 MB file), and rebooting, everything is back to normal.
if editing the config doestn work, rename the .config folder as instructed in the same link

it turned out not to be necessary to roll back the system. Just after updating and editing through Kate, even without root

worked out)
