KDE Plasma is laggy, Applications keep refreshing

Hello
I recently installed manjaro kde plasma and it’s laggy and the Application panel in the Launcher keeps refreshing every second saying Applications Updated so there’s no way I can select an application, also when adding widgets, the widgets behave the same as applications (refreshing and can’t select one), and when I right click on the desktop, the “Add panel” option shows for a moment then disappears.
the system comes with Nvidia gtx 1050ti, so I installed proprietary drivers and also the free ones.

This thing it seems:

(look for git packages … and replace them)

I tried installing the ones mentioned on that form and there were conflicts with the packages and their corresponding git packages, so I removed each git package and installed them as provided in the answer and rebooted, nothing changed
