Issue with protonvpn

Hello
i just installed Protonvpn.
when i log in and choose a server,it connects fine.
but if i disconnect from this server and try to choose another one,i can’t connect and get this message:
“Please disconnect another device to connect this one or upgrade to PLUS to get up to 10 devices connected at the same time at https://account.protonvpn.com/dashboard”
i checked under the network icon on KDE but don’t have other connections.

it’s not a big deal as i won’t be using it regularly,i need it for a one time thing.

It’s telling you right there. You’ve apparently reached your device limit on the account.

but i have disconnected prior to trying to connect to another server,and only using it on the PC.
logging out and in again from the VPN client fixes the problem.
it’s like it hasn’t registered my disconnection.
