Question for some clarification on an ill through-through action I just performed.
I got a repeated log spam from archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync.service constantly hanging on one email address as mentioned as well in this old thread.
dec 08 15:21:39 Infinity systemd[1]: archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync.service: Scheduled restart job, restart counter is at 3.

dec 08 15:16:39 Infinity archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync[1017235]: Error refreshing key B8151B117037781095514CA7BBDFFC92306B1121 with UID andrew@archlinux.org.
I can only describe my following action perhaps as ill thought-through ![]()
The sync did not mention that email was or was not expired, so I removed and refreshed pacman-key database. While refresh was running I read that a pacman key refresh should not be done unless strictly necessary.
To add. I have not re-populated keys nor re-initilized the keyring and currently pacman -Syu does not throw any errors.
So now I’m wondering, have I screwed up and is this going to influence the update-ability of the system for the next stable update(s)?
Is there anyway to check this?
