It’s an original MacPro1,1. There’s really one major problem with those that I don’t really know how to overcome: the BIOS (or whatever equivalent Apple uses) is 32-bit, but they use 64-bit Xeon CPUs. Some specs: two Intel Xeon 5150 CPUs, 4GB (4x1GB) of RAM and an ATI Radeon HD3570.
It’s currently running Windows 10 64-bit, which I managed to get working by following a guide (when I find it, I’ll post it here). But from what I remember, it involved tracking down a modified “boot.efi” file, replacing the one in my .iso and booting from a medium with the modified .iso file. This whole process was designed for Windows 7 but apparently works on Windows 10 just fine.
My problem is I don’t know if that “trick” could work on Manjaro (I’m thinking XFCE).
