From skimming the thread, a fresh ISO seems warranted.
Note:- There is no suggestion of a problem with the official Manjaro ISOs – any inconsistency will have been a result of the download. If you are downloading via a browser, I might suggest Vivaldi tends to be more reliable than some;
sudo pacman -S vivaldi
If you have a bittorrent client, then torrent files are available alongside the download links ( click More ).
You will notice the checksum is also downloadable; use this to verify your new ISO has not been damaged in transit.
Manjaro ISO’s should only be downloaded from this location, unless directed otherise by Moderation staff.
Ventoy is the bootable USB solution of choice.
