I can't update anything, i dont know what to do

I’m inexperienced in using linux and for the last month or so I haven’t been able to update anything on my pc.

when I try to update from terminal with “sudo pacman -Syu” i get asked [Y/n] about keys but whatever i chose it fails.

I dont know how to proceed. im using xfce and my pc is a lenova idapad with ryzen 5 5500U.
