HP Laptop Touchpad not working

My Touchpad does not work and it does not show in ‘Mouse and Touchpad’.

I installed KDE and it is now working fine. Thanks.

Apologies if I am a bit confused with this Forum. I have been using linux Mint for 5 years and their Forum is quite different.
