In standard settings, just after connection, the colors on the monitor are quite pale. In Windows this can be solved by enabling YCbCr mode in the Graphics Command Center as described here
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce this in Manjaro. I assume it may be set in some .conf file, but all information I could find seems to be above my current skill level. By experience, tinkering with graphic settings in config files is not my strongest suit, so I hope that I can find some help here.
One easy workaround is to set the Gamma settings in KDE Plasma display settings to 0.85 (standard: 1.00), but this solves the problem only about half way.
In case you need other outputs, please advise the necessary command.
