I have a brother dcp-j125 USB printer at home.
Officially, there are .deb and .rpm drivers.
But I also found a driver for it on the AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/brother-dcpj125/
I now can select the driver when configuring a new printer.
But the said printer does not get recognized automatically, so I have to add it manually.
What do I choose in the fields: “Location” and “Connection”?
Take a look at these. They may be of some help:

That was easy! Thank you! I just did
sudo systemctl enable --now cups.service
but i missed to do this
sudo systemctl enable --now cups.socket
sudo systemctl enable --now cups.path
